In 2008 the Gettysburg Department celebrated 200 years of service to the community and Code 3 celebrates that illustrious history with this 1/64th scale replica of the beautiful Engine 1-1. The Department protects approximately 25 square miles and a population of 20,000 with 40 volunteer firefighters operating an engine, truck, quint, rescue engine, bls ambulance and traffic unit. The department protects 90% of the Gettysburg National Military Park helping to preserve an important piece of our heritage and history..
